oops!

It seems that your computer was built too long ago to support CITRIX in Safari.

BUT! All hope is not lost. You can run Windows in a virtual environment within your computer. You will need two things:

  1. Virtualization software
  2. A Windows license

Virtualization software

Virtualization software allows you to run Windows inside your Macintosh operating system. There are three main options and they fit into two different categories. The software options are:

  1. Boot Camp by Apple
  2. Parallels Desktop by Parallels, Inc.
  3. Fusion by VMWare

The two categories are:

  1. Only one operating system at a time can be running (Boot Camp)
  2. Both operating systems can be running at the same time (Parallels and Fusion)

Boot Camp is free (but requires a re-start to get into and out of Windows). Parllels and Fusion cost $60-$80.

windows license

It does not matter which version of Windows you buy. I used a copy of Windows XP from an old Dell I got rid of long ago. For most users, buying a Windows license brand new can be a significant cost.

Once you have a virtual desktop in place with Windows, follow the instructions provided by IMD (located on the J:/ drive in the CITRIX folder).

good luck

That's it!

Good luck with everything. Let me know if you have any problems.
