Greetings,
The “last” Christmas we had was with the Wessler Grandparents, Wessler Aunt/Uncle, and Meyer Aunt/Uncle. The respective children of the above families were also in attendance (although there is no photographic evidence of Ethan Wessler because he slept while the camera was out and his scumbag Uncle didn’t get a photo of him. Needless to say, he was adorable and cute and you’ll have to take my word for it!).
We had a very nice visit with all of the Wessler Children (Jacob, Anna, and Matt – in order of importance (KIDDING!!)) and their children. Gran and Grandpa Wessler were overcome with emotion at the sight of all their children and grandchildren together in one place having a nice holiday. (blech!).
Anyway, I took a bunch of photos and here they are.
Enjoy,
J
Abby showing off her Human Body Gut Buster Special. This is just like the one at the Children’s Museum but a bit smaller and easier to keep inside.
Ellie starts to learn that the paper is meant to come OFF of those magic little boxes.
IT’S AN AXE!! I WILL DESTROY YOU! COME AT ME BRO!…sorry, I blacked out a bit there. What happened.
Tricia and Ellie being adorable.
Gran Wessler gets Dryer Balls (hehe). Google it. On second thought – better not.
Grandpa Wessler gets a dog toy. Abby picked it out.
The two cousins. No, they’re not sisters…or twins. But they are adorable.
Tricia and Carley making nice for the camera.
Beauty and the Beast…although Anna doesn’t like it when you call her the Beast.
Ellie sitting pretty on the leather chair. She LOVED this chair and spent most of the evening sliding all over it laughing her head off.
Gran Wessler with a small beverage watching the mayhem.
The mayhem as mentioned previously. Look at all those people.
The cousins again. So adorable.
Lukas gets ready to open his presents.
Lukas and Uncle Rudy.
Abby and her new HAND-MADE ballerina tutu. It has so much volume. It was great.
Gran had to try out the tutu.
Of course, so did Ellie and Tricia.
Lydia all wrapped up as a present.
Lukas trying to figure out just what the heck Uncle Jacob and Aunt Tricia gave him for Christmas (it’s a scoop-it-up truck utensil plate thing).
Aunt Carley opening gifts for Little Ethan (still sleeping).
Gran and Grandpa Wessler watching.
Lukas poses in the standard “WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE?” pose.
The three cousins (L-R: Lukas, Abby, Lydia) who were old enough to be up this late. Such photogenicity, right??
Love it, love it, love it! I loved all of the Christmas posts! Oh what fun it was to het to experience all four of your celebrations! Thanks for capturing them! With love from The Beast!
A wonderful capsule of ALL your Christmas traditions.
Such a fun time with all our children and grandchildren (even if one spent his time snoozing upstairs!!) We are so blessed!! Thanks to all who attended!! You make a mother’s heart merry.
Uncle Jacob is great! No need for name calling 🙂 Ethan just went stealth mode and slept the night away! We had so much fun with all of you! Love you lots!
