For whatever reason, this photo looks like she just ate a smurf. (also, odd that I can’t type “smurf” on my computer without it autocorrecting to “surf.” I guess Apple is not a fan of hit animated series from the 1980s.)

She sat here and played with the guitar for a good 10 minutes. I had to take a break from shooting photos to play every now and then. She wanted to sit in my lap for that! I couldn’t figure out how to take a picture without losing the mood so that’s something you’ll have to imagine!
One of Ellie’s favorite things to do in the studio is play with my guitar. She kind of likes it when I play it and she will dance around. BUT, her real favorite thing to do is toast he pick INSIDE the guitar and make me fish it out.
Abby and Ellie have gotten very good at entertaining themselves in the loft. Of course, the Toys R Us level of toys up there doesn’t hurt! (Thanks Uncle Matt and Aunt Carley and Ethan for the horse stable!)
