Saturday was Elizabeth’s third birthday. She was excited from the moment she got up. Couldn’t stop jumping around all day.
We had asked her what she wanted for dinner and from the first time we asked, the answer was always “meatballs and noodles and carrots and lettuce and ranch!” So, that’s what we had. She ate THREE meatballs. And these were buy-them-from-a-restaurant sized meatballs. Thanks to Gran and Grandpa Wessler and Granddad and Grandma Geyer for coming over for the event.
Dinner, cake, and Stomp Rocket (or Crotch Rocket as I call it when the girls aren’t around…it’s only a matter of time!). Good times.
Ellie wasn’t too happy with the Happy Birthday song. She started crying once we started singing. It was strange. BUT, once we put a piece of cake in front of her, she was good to go!
Enjoy,
J
