Yesterday was the second birthday for our little Abigail. She had a great time with friends, food, and fun. The evening started with bubbles and Play-Doh on the patio. Dinner was hamburgers and hotdogs and three pounds of french onion dip!! Dessert was the Hungry Little Caterpillar Cake that Mom made. (See if you can spot the special birthday-girl hat Dad made)
Presents in the living room and then bath and bedtime. She even got to stay up an extra hour because of all the partying. Abby cleaned up pretty well, too. She got a wooden stove-top for cooking. Lots of plastic pots/pans for the stove and a bunch of wooden food to play with. It was a very nice birthday.
Gran sent some lovely hair clips and Auntie Anna sent a beautiful hand-sewn bunny rabbit.
The Birth-month continues this weekend with Grandparents arriving from two separate states and finishes out next weekend with a trip to Williamsburg for Mommie’s birthday.
