Daddy is at Camp Periwinkle for the week so Mommy and I are having some “girl adventures!” We went to visit Grandma Geyer this weekend and made Pinkalicious cupcakes!!! Mommy bought me a new book called “Pinkalicious” about a little girl who ate too many pink cupcakes and turned pink. It’s my favorite book right now and I’ve read it so many times I have it memorized from cover to cover…and I’ve only owned it for four days! Our cupcakes were super pinkalicious, and I certainly ate enough batter, icing, sprinkles, and cupcake to turn me pink, but luckily I stayed my usual body color. Wheww!
Daddy, I hope you’re having fun at your “camp at Texas with the boys who where togas!” (that’s an actual quote from Abby)
love, Abigail
PS…and a special shout out to Uncle Rudy! Have a safe trip up north tomorrow for your training and an even safer trip overseas next month! We love you and miss you and I promise to write to you a lot! 🙂
Abby!!! Thanks for the special shout out! It means a lot to me that you’re thinking about me and are writing to me! I had such a great time having dinner with you on July 23 for my “half-birthday” (since I’ll be in Iraq for my real one). You were so cute and adorable I couldn’t get enough of you wanting to sit by me (even though it was probably more a ploy for you to get more cake, hehe). I promise to write you back any time you write. I’m glad you had fun reading and eating sweets. Give your mommy a big hug and a kiss for me, I know you’re really good at it. I love you tons!!! Uncle Rudy
