My college a cappella group, Reveille, had their final concert today. One of the great things about living nearby my alma mater, William and Mary, is that I can attend such things without much fuss!
My good friend, Ashley, and her girls, Kennedy and Sam, came along with Abby and I for a beautiful day in Williamsburg. We had lunch at The Cheese Shop, then attended the Reveille concert in the Wren Great Hall, let the girls frolic in the Sunken Gardens, Â visited the candy shop and took a stroll down D.O.G. Street. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect!
Reveille sounded great and I enjoyed the nostalgia. It was a bit disturbing that I was the oldest alum in attendance, but still fun! Can you believe I graduated 15 years ago…and almost 19 years since I joined Reveille! Whoa!
Happy Sunday!
Oh I am jealous! i love Williamsburg this time of year and I loved it when you were at that beautiful college of William and Mary. But most of all I loved the singing concerts and seeing you !
Seems like only yesterday you were on the stage performing with Reveille! Time does fly!
