Okay, here’s the post for Wednesday.
Day Two! Started off at the Children’s Museum of Richmond. Abby had so much fun running around playing in the water tub, the Enchanted Forrest, Pirate Ship, Giant Train, and fake sand pit. She didn’t know where to start and would spend 2 minutes doing something before running off to do something else!
We spent about 3 hours there and then headed off to Short Pump for lunch. We ate at Baker’s Crust, an old favorite and then wandered around the mall. Got back to the hotel around 2pm and Abby went down for a three hour nap. Seems the Children’s Museum wore her out.
After naptime, we went out for Thai at Tricia’s favorite restaurant – Thai Diner 2. Great food. When we came back, we let Abby have a VERY special treat and went to the pool at EIGHT O’CLOCK AT NIGHT!!! We were out of our minds! After 30 minutes of jumping from the edge, it was time for bed. She had a great time. Can’t wait for Thursday – it’s off to MCV for the three of us.
