Daddy was in TX at Camp Periwinkle last week so Mommy and I had fun visiting family and friends. Monday we went to the National Zoo in DC with Aunt Christy and my cousins. We saw a lion actually roar!!
Tues we went to Mimi and Pop Pop’s house. I learned how to ride the pink “motorcycle” they got for me…well, I couldn’t really reach the pedals yet, but I’ll get there someday! Mimi and Mommy put together my new toddler bed and I slept in it all by myself Tues night!
We visited Gran and Grandpa in Yorktown later in the week and got to celebrate Gran’s birthday with her. Mommy took me to Yorktown to have lunch with her friend Renice and we got to walk along the river and go in some of the shops there as well. We went to the farmer’s market on Saturday in Williamsburg and bought some fresh peaches, blueberries, fennel, and dill. The fennel and dill are to feed the caterpillars that are growing into butterflies on Gran’s back porch!

We were on vacation at OBX this past week and the trip to the zoo was all I heard from the Williams’s girls–and also all the animal sounds–oh, and also the pinkalicious cupcakes were sooo good!!!!
