Verizon isn’t so fond of their OWN Customer Service…

Recently, we moved to Virginia and had to switch our TV, Internet, and Phone service to Verizon FIOS. We had FIOS in Maryland, but had to sign on as new customers as we were crossing state lines.

I had an online chat with the billing department regarding an issue and this was the customer survey they presented me with when I was done. See if you notice anything…amiss:

If you look closely, you’ll notice the only option for Overall Satisfaction in Question 1 is “Poor!”
